Eileen's Story

Eileen Schmidt, our office manager, came to Cornerstone almost three years ago with a paralegal background.  She moved to the mountains 18 years ago from Ft. Lauderale, Florida, after falling in love with Breckenridge on a ski vacation, and has never looked back!  She has extensive real estate administrative experience, having worked as a real estate office manager in Breckenridge for over 10 years.  Eileen loves providing support to the Broker Team at Cornerstone and keeping the office running smoothly.

I am the Office Manager at Cornerstone and it is my pleasure and privilege to help support the brokers who support you!   I came to Cornerstone three years ago with a paralegal background, which helps insure that all Buyers’ and Sellers’ documents and files are in pristine condition and closings can take place smoothly.  I also handle our ShowingDesk system, so for Sellers, I am happy to work with you on making sure the instructions for showing your property suit your needs perfectly.  Taking pride in keeping all aspects of the office running smoothly is my daily goal.   If you ever have any questions about Cornerstone Real Estate Rocky Mountains, LLC, or I can assist you in any way, please contact me!
